"Buyer beware: Prior to selling my Ram 1500 I called this location to get a quote - I was quoted ~168 dollars a month for full coverage over the phone prior to trading my vehicle - my bill is now closer to 200/month for the same coverage with no valid reason for the price hike (Classic bait and switch scam) After spending ~an hour on the phone with multiple representatives including management and the owner I was basically told 'sorry' and advised to seek insurance elsewhere or just eat the difference in cost (over 300 dollars at year). There was a complete lack of transparency that the quote was actually an estimate and was subject to change based on factors that are not my fault.. (you get penalized for using a service YOU PAY FOR and it counts against you even if you were not at fault). Nothing but excuse after excuse and sorry but there's nothing we can do. The whole purpose of me trading my vehicle (truck) was to save money now I am stuck with a sedan instead and NOT saving money. After speaking with Dustin I am still expected to pay the difference nothing has changed just 'sorry sorry sorry' Take your business elsewhere."
